You are fascinated by the naval world, getting out of routine, going to work on boats, having the option of going to work outside the city in Quebec on occasion and well, we are currently looking for 2 industrial/marine mechanics.
The main duty of the job is to install, maintain, troubleshoot, overhaul and repair machinery or mechanical components according to requirements. You will need to be able to use a variety of power and hand tools in order to perform the requested tasks.
Requirement:
- Be capable to work with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and other machines and systems and their components
- Be able to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Knowledge of the marine industry is an asset
- Must be ablet o make himself available to work a few days outside in the region.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
Working conditions
- Number of hours per week: 40 hours with the possibility of overtime
- Salary offered: to be discussed, based on experience and qualifications
